We want every bag of berries to arrive perfectly frozen and exactly as ordered. Because our products are perishable frozen foods, our returns process works a little differently from regular online shopping. Here is how it works.
Damaged, incorrect or spoiled items
If anything in your order arrives damaged, thawed, spoiled or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] or 079 884 5635 (calls or WhatsApp). A photo of the affected items helps us resolve things quickly. We will arrange a replacement with your next delivery or a full refund of the affected items, whichever you prefer.
Change of mind and the cooling-off period
South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act provides a 7-day cooling-off period for most online purchases, but it excludes perishable foodstuffs delivered to your home or workplace. Since all our products are frozen foods, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been delivered. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act for defective or unsafe goods are not affected.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is out for delivery with one of our drivers, it can no longer be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through PayFast. Depending on your bank, the refund typically reflects within 5 to 10 business days. We will confirm by email once your refund has been processed.
Collection orders
If you collect from our factory shop at 1 Fairview Rd, Wynberg, please check your order at collection. We will gladly swap or refund any item on the spot if something is not right.
